Shipping Policy

  1. Orders are sent via a variety of third-party courier companies.
  2. All orders are sent from our premises in Greenbank, Queensland and shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout and are based on the delivery address, size, and weight of your order.
  3. A number of shipping options may be available at checkout, you are able to select your preferred shipping option at that time.
  4. Our standard turnaround time is between 2-4 business days once payment is received. If an order it urgent we may be able to get it dispatched faster, so please contact us if this is the case.
  5. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2-10 business days, while express items will take 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination.
  6. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be issued with a tracking number allowing you to track the order online.
  7. Please allow for extra delivery time during peak times like Christmas.
  8. If you are located in South-East Quensland you can arrange to pick up your order from our premises in Logan City (Greenbank, QLD 4124). Please contact us to arrange a pickup time @
  9. If you have selected the option to pick up from our premises and then later decide to have your order delivered, a separate invoice will be sent to you to cover the cost of delivery. Your order will not be dispatched until that invoice is paid in full.
  10. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you. If you would like us to resend your order, you will be charged delivery costs a second time. If you choose to not have the product redelivered, we will happily refund you the cost of your items minus the delivery charges already incurred.
