ORDERING & PAYMENT
We accept a variety of payment methods. You can order using major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payments via Paypal and by direct deposit to our bank account.
In the case of payment by direct deposit, your order will not be dispatched until the cleared funds have arrived in our bank account. If payment is not received within three (3) business days, the order will be cancelled. Please contact us promptly if you anticipate any delays in depositing your order payment.
Yes. At Sauce Mania customer security is our highest priority and any data submitted to us will be securely encrypted with the strongest available algorithms.
The SSL certificate used by Sauce Mania carries a $10,000 warranty to further protect customer purchases.
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed you are unable to change it. If you would like to order additional products you will need to place another order.
It is possible to cancel an order after it has been placed and before it has shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise on the status of your order and let you know whether it can be cancelled.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Order Shipped email that will have a Tax Invoice attached to it.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. Orders shipped via Sendle or Australia Post Parcel Post will generally take between one and five business days to be delivered to East coast capital cities and major regional centres. Orders shipped to Western Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory and more remote locations can take up to two weeks to arrive.
Sauce Mania is based Brisbane, so those with shipping addresses in Brisbane will receive their orders faster. Sendle will often deliver Brisbane orders the next business day after they are shipped.
For those who would like to receive their order faster, we also offer an Express Post shipping option. Using this method your order is guaranteed to arrive the next business day for those who live within the Express Post network. Please note that if your shipping address is outside the Express Post network the Australia Post Next Day Guarantee does not apply and your order may take an extra day or two to reach you.
The cost of delivery will depend on the weight and size of your shipment, your delivery address and the shipping method you select at checkout.
We try and keep the cost of shipping as low as possible as we understand the impact the cost of shipping can have on a business' bottom line.
If you live in the Greater Brisbane region, you are welcome to pick up your order up from us in Greenbank QLD 4124. Just select "Local Pickup" at checkout and then once your order if complete contact us to arrange a pick up time.
If your order is missing items, or contains incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer support at wholesale@saucemania.com.au or by using the form on the Sauce Mania Wholesale Contact Us page.
Please be sure to photograph the damage, both of the product and of the carton or box the damaged product was contained in. We will also need a photo of the shipping label that is attached to the shipment.
Products can only be returned at the customer's expense and in the same condition that it was in when dispatched by us.

Yes, tracking information will be supplied to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
